1. Advertising Code

   Thus, BizChamp shall not take responsibility for any falsely description or any advertisements which contain false or misleading information or any false or misleading information about a course that BizChamp offers or provides; or lacking information in accordance to the requirements prescribed by Us in Private Education Regulations in any kind of advertisement such as notice, circular, pamphlet, brochure, prospects, programme or other document, and any announcement, notification or intimation, to the public .

2. Employment Opportunities or Work Pass Application
   BIZCHAMP provides quality education to its students and is committed for the continuous improvement. However, we shall not guarantee or promise any employment opportunities in Singapore for the prospective students as it is subject to approval of relevant passes such as Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
   BIZCHAMP shall not promise that getting the education qualification will guarantee to upgrade the passes such as from Work Permit to S Pass or S Pass to Employment Pass. Only MOM shall decide this factor. Please note that according to the advertising code by CPE, no Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in Singapore shall be able to claim this. 3. Permanent Residence (PR) Application
   BIZCHAMP shall not guarantee the approval of your permanent residence application.
